Purchase a Subscription

Step 1: Upgrade to Premium by Clicking on Pro

To purchase a subscription on an Android device, navigate to the Pictro AI Android app. Tap the PRO button located in the top right corner of your screen to access the subscription screen.

Step 2: Select Your Subscription

Choose your desired plan for the premium subscription. Subscriptions will renew automatically. If you prefer not to have auto-renewal, you can cancel your subscription in your Playstore Subscriptions settings.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Premium Features

Once the payment is successful, an email with your invoice will be sent to you, and your premium account will be activated. If you can't locate the invoice, search for 'Pictro' in your inbox or check your spam folder.


Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel your subscription for Android-exclusive accounts, visit the Google Play Store. Navigate to the Subscriptions section, find the subscription you want to cancel, and select 'cancel subscription'.

Once you cancel your subscription, it won't renew at the end of the current period. All tokens will remain in your account until used, but you won't be able to purchase new ones without an active subscription.

Please note that canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. When a refund is processed, your tokens will be removed from your account.


Refund Request

To request a refund, you will need to go through the Google Play Store. Use the link: Request Refund @ Google Play, then choose the refund option and select the Pictro AI app from the list. Provide a reason for your refund request and submit it. Google will review and decide whether to approve or deny the refund.
